What do you like best about Trucker Tools?

The UI and intergration with McLeod. It is simple and straight forward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trucker Tools?

Some of the dashboards within the UI are not customizable. Some customization from a UI and reporting standpoint would be great. We have internal and external employee's. Being able to seperate these out would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Trucker Tools?

It gives a lot of detailed information on the trip itself, it will show you IN/OUT TIMES, and any issue the operator might encounter on the road, can be reported, drivers can also send us text messages directly to the platform Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trucker Tools?

It takes too much interaction from the driver to sent the location settings to always and to start a tracking session successfully, its also too easy to complete a tracking session and is very common for a driver to do it by mistake Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Trucker Tools solving and how is that benefiting you?

It gives good visibility to to customer, but sometimes is hard to get the updates on the company TMS, if they could make it more user friendly on the drivers end, it will go a long way Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

App platform is easy to use and has many benefits for the drivers.

The Web user interface is clunky.

The map doesn't accurately reflect what is being tracked. If you filter the tracked list by shipper, the map doesn't change. The Web UI is virtually useless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Visibility, load tracking and status updates are integrated directly into our TMS and are in some cases going directly to our end customer through integration. Prior to Trucker Tools this was all done manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
