What do you like best about Trolley?

What used to take hours, sending bank transfers, Wise payments, PayPal payments, now takes minutes/seconds using Trolley to send payments out to our online piano teachers worldwide. The problems we had previously with paying teachers in a wide range of countries are solved through the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trolley?

The PayPal integration was not as seamless as we had first hoped. The compliance element, although valuable, occasionally seems to go a bit overboard, and recipients that we had been paying without issue for months are occasionally flagged and blocked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Trolley solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Trolley?

What do you dislike about Trolley?

I dislike the PayPal integration. It went well for months then suddenly stopped working and Trolley was not able to support as much as we would have liked. We eventually had to suspend this payout method. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Trolley solving and how is that benefiting you?

One of our main business problems was collecting recipient payment and tax information and now we are able to collect both with ease. What do you like best about Trolley?

What do you like best about Trolley?

UI is amazing with everything in detail, customers are directed to right screens when they needs support via the chat option that is available, with such behaviour this brings in confidence on a payments platform that our money is safe. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Customer support can be better for handling situations that require immediate attention as there is money involved most of the times a quick response team needs to be in place to help customers get notified of all engagements/ changes going behind the curtain Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Trolley?

The interface is very nice and overally is a good and simple platform. The fact that we have onboarded people within our finance team and Trolley is an easy to use platform makes it very easy for our team! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trolley?

I think what we struggle the most is the rejected payments. Dealing with bounced/rejected payments is a bit of a pain as you have to go back and forth with the individual of the account + Trolley. Also the inability to download proof of payments and having to contact Trolley for that is also very annoying. Currently we are facing issues with Indian banks on Trolley which is creating problems as we have a lot of indian residents that we need to pay to... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Trolley?

- Fantastic team of people behind the product that really care

- We feel like we are building a strong partnership with them, not just another client

- Easy-to-use UI/UX

What do you dislike about Trolley?

- API design and & tooling is underdone. Trolley frame that the API is built for developers, but a lot is to be desired regarding engineering best practices and maturity. The design of the API is simple, but we have found it quite limiting to integrate with due to several gaps.

- Managing tickets (improvements coming)

- The white-labelled experience is a double edge sword. It integrates nicely with our suite of products, but it does mean our internal support teams are on the hook for understanding and managing all the nuances of global payments e.g. delays, requests for information Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Trolley solving and how is that benefiting you?

Automating payments across our suite of products. We didn't want to integrate with more payment providers or banks to offer more breadth of choice to our customers. Ideally, we wanted to integrate with 1 x payment provider that could fan out and provide multiple payment options for us. What do you like best about Trolley?

- Very simple to use.

- Provides good dashboards which we use a lot.

- Customer service generally very quick and helpful.

- For our size of company so far, it works very well. I like that we are able to Notify recipients that they have not et up their bank account details, straight through the playform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trolley?

- We have also had some issues with payouts to certain banks (e.g. in India, and China).

- Not yet fully integrateble with our accounting software (Xero).

- Sometimes a bit buggy (can often not have two tabs of Trolley open at once when they are processing payments).

- Some manual intervention needed, e.g. not possible to obtain proof of payment from platfrom, instead needed to send email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Trolley solving and how is that benefiting you?

- We are using Trolley to pay out 3 batches a day, in 3 different currencies. We simply upload a batch (CSV), and pay our experts. simple to use. Takes about 10min per day of my time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Trolley?

Trolley has made it easy for our company to send rebate payments to various domestic and international companies. Additionally, trolley's customer service is quick and phenomenal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The least helpful is that sometimes our partners don't get the verfication email when I send it out in trolley. I wish there was an easier way for them to login. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Trolley?
