What used to take hours, sending bank transfers, Wise payments, PayPal payments, now takes minutes/seconds using Trolley to send payments out to our online piano teachers worldwide. The problems we had previously with paying teachers in a wide range of countries are solved through the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The PayPal integration was not as seamless as we had first hoped. The compliance element, although valuable, occasionally seems to go a bit overboard, and recipients that we had been paying without issue for months are occasionally flagged and blocked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think what we struggle the most is the rejected payments. Dealing with bounced/rejected payments is a bit of a pain as you have to go back and forth with the individual of the account + Trolley. Also the inability to download proof of payments and having to contact Trolley for that is also very annoying. - API design and & tooling is underdone. Trolley frame that the API is built for developers, but a lot is to be desired regarding engineering best practices and maturity. The design of the API is simple, but we have found it quite limiting to integrate with due to several gaps.

- The white-labelled experience is a double edge sword. - Not yet fully integrateble with our accounting software (Xero).
- Sometimes a bit buggy (can often not have two tabs of Trolley open at once when they are processing payments).
