We absolutely love the administration of Trillian for Business. It is simple, user-friendly and extremely easy to get an organization setup. The features for business are fantastic and have helped shape our internal collaboration! Some of our clients have also signed up to interact with us through the Trillian federation. We wish there were even more features around business such as; chat history search, external integrations and eDiscovery. We would love it to perform more like other products as it pertains to file attachments, team orgs, and SMS / email-to-chat functionality. It's fairly easy to message people once they've been added as a favorite. I also appreciate that there is an app where I can easily access it by phone when I am in transit. Overall all it's just ok. I feel the technology and interface is antequated by comparison to other instant messaging applications. Trillian is not intuitive. I still find it challenging to try and add people to my contacts. And being able to simply acknowledge someone's message with an emoji instead of necessitating a full reply would also be preferable. Overall all it's ok. It's very basic. What we love about trillian is it's availability on multiple platforms including Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android. This allows us to access our accounts across various devices seamlessly. Our chat histories are always synced no matter what plaform do we access it from and that's some mind blowing consistency. Trillian helps with instant messaging in healthcare, other businesses and individuals. Though we have taken up pro membership, there are free messaging services too provided by them. They have an amazing option for private chats as well as creating channels for our team. Works great when you have to work with your team. Adding contacts is pretty easy as well.
