We use from the board of our Owners' Association of our apartment complex Tresorit. Among other things, we store here all documents, offers, correspondence and contracts that we use on a daily basis. Not only from the board, also all committees. We also share documents this way. This way, everyone always has the current version and it prevents people from seeing old versions and duplicate administration.
Research on Tresorit has also indicated that they store the data safely (technically secure) and in accordance with all laws and regulations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is actually nothing that doesn't work well. It is fast. The only thing that would be desirable is an integration with Office 365, just like OneDrive does. But this is a wish. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It always works fine, without any problems. Not only as a safe cloud storage, but also as a backup of old file versions. The amount of storage is plenty (4TB with Professional). Also speed is great. I never notice any delays while working. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is (or was) not possible to upload a large number of (big) files, without synchronizing. Synchronized folders work fine, but deleting a file from a local synchronized folder will also delete the file from the folder in the cloud. Therefore it is not always handy to synchronize folders on a small device. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can use it from anywhere and from all my devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far everything is what I need. don't change Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One of the main aspects of Tresorit is its robust encryption, which offers end-to-end encryption for files kept on their servers. This indicates that even if Tresorit wanted to, they cannot access the user's files; only the user has access to them. Also it's user-friendly interface, makes it simple to upload, download, and share data securely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Comparatively speaking to other cloud storage choices, Tresorit can be quite pricey. The plans offered by Tresorit can be limited in terms of storage space and the number of users that can be added to an account, according to certain users, who have also expressed this concern.
The fact that Tresorit's encryption occasionally makes the service slower than that of other cloud storage providers that don't employ such robust encryption techniques is another potential drawback. The additional protection provided by Tresorit's encryption, however, more than makes up for any little lag times for many users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Highly efficient and easily accessible storage options with fast processing! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Navigation could be made better. overall i like the product! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The amount of security features are key here, such as zero knowledge and strong encryption. Privacy as well with very little data collection outside what is necessary.
Other features like sharing content is quite helpful. The iOS and Android apps are well done. The desktop app is also stellar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Mobile automatic upload could be better. The cost for a single personal users is quite high. I enjoy the features, and I care about privacy more than anyone else I know, and yet it's still quite a lot of money. I'm a bit of a Tresority evangelist, if you will, and I share it with everyone I know, many whom trust me with recommendations on these types of services, but no one has convered from free services simply due to excessive cost. Even those who want out of google drive or microsoft onedrive just don't want to pay this price for a personal service.
To me, it seems, business could be your bread and butter, and personal services at a discount could a good ancilary. Maybe I underestimate the cost of the infrastructure though. I'd just love to see more people who want privacy and securty be able to get it at a lower cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

With tresorit I feel absolutely sure, that my data is unreachable by anyone outside of my organisation. The swiss based company knows how to protect my data like swiss banks protect their bank accounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I seemed to have very slow download rates for many small files that I wanted to download for a project. I should have zipped and downloaded these files from the website, but went over the (for me) more convenient way of selecting the folder in the explorer. 11.000 pictures were then downloaded with a rate of 3-5kB/s which was no issue of my internet connection. - Very secure (GDPR/HIPAA compliance - I use healthcare data, so this is critically important)
- Good iOS apps that do the job well
- Excellent upload/download speeds
- So far, extremely reliable uploads (unlike www.sync.com, which I've used for a couple of years and whilst Customer Service was highly responsive, they could never resolve the issues - this is a massive benefit of Tresorit for me). Reliable means that I previously felt the need to double-check check success/failure of uploads to the cloud due to my previous experience with unreliable uploads on Sync (ie. reports success, but when I check, no upload occurred - nightmare), but Tresorit has been completely reliable in this regard, and now I hardly check - I trust Tresorit
- Folder sharing is very advanced with nice features, especially being able to share subfolders, which I have not found in other providers Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- Yes, it costs more, but it's worth it. It really is.
- More storage capacity would be nice
- Very few downsides. I've tried many options and Tresorit has delivered well beyond the others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The software worked fine and was well designed and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Trying to get a very simple tech support question answered was terrible and extremely frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Creating and sharing links is easy, and it conforms to AWS standards. It also looks and acts similar to Windows File Manager which makes it intuitive. Honestly Drop Box and Sync are better but my boss chose Tresorit and it's very difficult to change systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Reorganizing files is a pain. Much more cumbersome and visually unintuitive than Windows File Manager. Renaming, you have to click, wait, click, wait, and often it never works. Moving files you have to go all the way up the directory and into the subfolder, sub folder, etc. which shouldn't really be necessary. You also can't open more than 1 window, which further necessitates following Tresorit's built in path. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
