The high number of features is also impressive, capturing all influencer social mentions - for not just your brand, but also key competitors. Sometimes, not all the correct accounts are linked to a creator, especially if they have multiple ones. Additionally, the overall handling could be made more user-friendly and simpler, so that, for example, you can go back one step without having to filter and search everything again (this is especially the case with campaigns—if you've filtered by a specific brand and click on a particular campaign, when you want to go back, you have to reapply all the filters). I don't like the fact that a lot of the measurement tools are not up to date or working correctly. For example the tool that describes the influencer's score and positive sentiment. SOmetimes it marks an influencer as homophobic or controversial and when you look at the content it is not like that in reality Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Being able to batch select creators to add product and deliverables is amazing! The only downside to traaackr is assets not always logging as 1/1- instead it would be 10/1 or 81/1. Would like to sugguest a quick way to batch proof for assets to be 1/1 as logged when selecting amount of deliverables. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
