What do you like best about top.legal?
When negotiating contracts, until recently, this was a cumbersome work with loads of emails containing MS Word docs being sent back and forth. Where is the latest version? Who has changed what? Where can I find an alternative to clause x which we used a year ago?
Top.legal is changing this, as it streamlines the whole negotiation and drafting process into a cloud base platform optimised for this complex process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
