Top Echelon is very user friendly and easy to learn. Each module is simple, easily adaptable, and displays all of the information we need on our candidates. I also appreciate the response time from customer service, the weekly webinars, and availability of past trainings. The ability to parse resumes into the system via email is also a big plus. I'd like to see Top Echelon work on it's customer-based modules so that our salespeople can use it more like a CRM. There are ways to use it for customer sales functions but it's not as user friendly. I'd also like to be able to parse job descriptions into Top Echelon to create job orders. Actually something I suggested to customer service: Email campaigns. It has the option to send mass emails, but not campaigns with connected email chains.

I had worked with multiple ATS systems in the past and nothing compares to Top Echelon. I switched over to Big Biller 6+ years ago and have not turned back since. Very easy to use. Additionally, learning opportunities are limited as a sole practitioner but TE has that covered too in that they offer on going learning opportunities. Only a small percentage of the members realize what a gold mine Top Echelon can be because they don't realize the importance of doing split placement that goes way beyond the most recent placement. My clients consider me a miracle worker because of how quickly I can fill their jobs. Using Top Echelon, I can fill 100 jobs as splits with much less work than filling 20 on my own.
