Their design LOOKs good. But that's about it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
They assigned me a phone number that was already in use. When I contacted them about it they were dismissive and indifferent to the issue. When i later had to cancel my subscription that was a pain in the ass as well. I've probably spent 2-3 hours dealing with customer support, more than $100 on the service and I've gotten $0 value out of it. It's been a money and time sink. STAY AWAY! Toky is a terribly overpriced and incompetently built VOIP product. The only Pro I can think of for Toky, is coming to the realisation that even in today's business environment, that western Silicon Valley startup companies can and do lie about what their products will do. This is hugely disappointing and if I was working at Toky, I would be ashamed to be a part of such a dishonest company, because Toky does not work in any respect for the word. Virtual phone systems should work at the same, or better level than non-virtual ones. Toky does not work at all. Constant call drop outs, talk lag, voice muffling, and just not redirecting calls at all. These are all issues that plagued experience using Toky. Not only that but the customer support team is hugely entitled, will take 48 hours to reply to you and will pawn you off to the next available support person so they don't have to deal with your issues. The service lets you have a virtual call system and connect your incoming phone calls to your cellphone. Does the job at a high price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
They are very sneaky about renewals. They won't send you a courtesy message letting you know your subscription is about to automatically renew. They do not have an option for you to opt out of auto renewal. My subscription auto-renewed, called the next day to let them know that I did not want to continue with the service and they denied me a refund. They won't work with you and will stick to their strict policies.
There is no native App to use Toky on iOS which is annoying since you have to use a third-party app and go to a lot of configuration. No help available from their end either. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Pipedrive integration is what why we chose Toky. It's great that it logs the call without us having to manually do it. Plus, you can get right to the call recording from Pipedrive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It does not log every call. For some reason, maybe 3 out of 10 calls, it does not log. We have not yet reached out to Toky to see why. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I loved how easy this was to set up. I signed up for the free account and had everything set up in 2 hours. Showed my boss and he purchased the annual subscription right then. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is not too much to dislike here because it feels like the have most of their bases covered with features. We do wish that they would have a little more flexibility with their API so that my developer can do some more custom stuff for our support team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1) dynamic support that cares to improve
2) good analytics that are well thought out, functional
3) easy to add/subtract new agents
4) solid functional integrations to Slack, Hubspot and so on Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1) IVR is decent but not always intuitive
2) more integration opportunities for Slack (maybe there are, haven't seen yet)
3) call history can be a little slow to load at times, but refreshing the page seems to work Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that it ties into other apps we use as an online company. Their help team tries to be good too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't like the inconsistencies. Calling out is clear, but when customers call in, more than not, I sound choppy to the people on the other end. Also, randomly, I will get calls forwarded to my phone, even though I didn't have that setting in place. The pop up notifications on my desktop also come and go, which is frustrating. Has all the benefits of a corporate phone system, including PBX, IVR, and voice messaging. I really like the features of click to call from my web page, and the slack integration. The web app is very good and easy to use, audio is crisp and almost without delay, works on every computer and os that we have tried. Our favourite feature is the integration with HubSpot, now we have our entire customer's database linked to an audio record of every call that we have made with that customer. support is awesome, setting up and maintaining is easy. You cannot connect physical IP phones, they don't have an IOS app, and the recommended softphone is a paid version. billing is by the user, and sometimes you need just a group line. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
