What do you like best about Todoist?
I have used Todoist for several years and this app has truly transformed my task management experience. To start, it's incredibly user-friendly. You can seamlessly access your tasks from various devices, which is super convenient. What's even more impressive is the natural language input. Type in your task, and Todoist works its magic by understanding your intention. And the smart date recognition is a real time-saver. If you mention a day or date, Todoist automatically sets your deadlines.
The real highlight: the priority and project features are like a dream team for staying organized. You can effortlessly sort, filter, and structure your to-do list. When it comes to collaboration, Todoist's shared project function is a fantastic tool for team efforts. If you're looking for an app that simplifies your life, streamlines task management, and boasts an elegant design, Todoist is the way to go. What do you dislike about Todoist?
I would love to see some enhanced offline functionality, because right now without a connection I can't see any of my tasks. The ability to integrate more third-party apps and services would be great, improved subtask handling to include dynamic dependent dates, and potentially a more robust calendar view.
If I had to choose one thing to add to the roadmap for this app though, it would definitely be the option to add attachments directly to tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Todoist?
I'm using Todoist since 2016. I completed 57.500 tasks for now. In the recent years I saw a lot of progression in the life of this program. I think it is an easy to use program with a lot of handy tools and options. I can't imagine my life without a tool like Todoist. Both my professional life, and my private life. What do you like best about Todoist?
It is a simple and quick task software. It is very simpole to add tasks. The learning curve is also very easy compared to other task softwares. I use it everday, I can put something in it and have it remind me or show up in my task list days later. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Todoist?
The only thing I dislike about it is when I want to add a photo or add subtasks, I have to first click add task and then go and find that task to add subtasks, this is very frustrating. What do you like best about Todoist?
I have been using Todoist for over 1 year, it integrates well with Outlook and the desktop app is very lightweight; I can say that Todoist is one of my favorite tools for planning and detailed tracking of all activities and subtasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Todoist?
Everything about Todoist set it apart from other platforms of it's kind but especially its affordability yet it get's work done in an incredible way. The total cost of acquiring, implementing and managing Todoist is fairly priced plus the simplified designed and we'll put together UI which makes my personal and team use soo easy. The dashboard is perfectly laid out and highly customizable allowing us to design it to our appeal. Todoist has proven to be an invaluable tool with so many benefits for me and the team .It enables us to effectively manage our tasks. It's robustness offer us with a centralized space for tracking and management of task. Collaboration and task delegation has become an easy pie and working on group projects has been rendered successful through sharing and attaching of task files and documents. Syncing it with Google Calendar is a plus to the team because all the task view have due dates and we often share our personal calendars for easy tracking of progress of delegated subtask. Flawless scheduling help us to prioritize tasks based on due dates.Todoist runs on our laptops and phones allowing us to add new tasks ,edit existing ones and track our to-dos seamly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Todoist is simple to install and takes a user-centric approach.
It is ideal for producing well-detailed, personalized job lists (helpful for organizing various phases of major events).
We can easily distribute tasks to team members, particularly when numerous persons with varying skill sets are involved in a project.
