I'm using Todoist since 2016. I completed 57.500 tasks for now. In the recent years I saw a lot of progression in the life of this program. I think it is an easy to use program with a lot of handy tools and options. I can't imagine my life without a tool like Todoist. Both my professional life, and my private life. If someone want to organize the hundreds of daily tasks, Todoist is the best choice! I use it every day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is a simple and quick task software. It is very simpole to add tasks. The learning curve is also very easy compared to other task softwares. I use it everday, I can put something in it and have it remind me or show up in my task list days later. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only thing I dislike about it is when I want to add a photo or add subtasks, I have to first click add task and then go and find that task to add subtasks, this is very frustrating. I have been using Todoist for over 1 year, it integrates well with Outlook and the desktop app is very lightweight; I can say that Todoist is one of my favorite tools for planning and detailed tracking of all activities and subtasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Everything about Todoist set it apart from other platforms of it's kind but especially its affordability yet it get's work done in an incredible way. The total cost of acquiring, implementing and managing Todoist is fairly priced plus the simplified designed and we'll put together UI which makes my personal and team use soo easy. Todoist has proven to be an invaluable tool with so many benefits for me and the team .It enables us to effectively manage our tasks. It's robustness offer us with a centralized space for tracking and management of task. Collaboration and task delegation has become an easy pie and working on group projects has been rendered successful through sharing and attaching of task files and documents. Syncing it with Google Calendar is a plus to the team because all the task view have due dates and we often share our personal calendars for easy tracking of progress of delegated subtask.
