I love how user-friendly this program is, it makes it so simple to keep track of my to-do list. I really like that I can prioritize my list and it helps me stay organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes if I'm not paying attention I accidentally put in the incorrect date or time for something on my list. That will sometimes throw me off. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This is an awesome to-do and goal tracker tool. I use it for my daily planner and sometimes create my shopping list. When I have multi-projects with different timelines, I use it to track as my todo list. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
nothing. I don't use it now because the trial period is over and I don't want to pay for something that I can use other tools that are free and available. For improvements, you can make the basic tool free so that more ppl can be exposed to your app? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
You can edit, categorize, and access many lists with ease. You can subsume multiple lists underneath one group and therefore create helpful and pertinent categories. This helps me when I am creating lists for different kinds of tasks or different days. On the phone, the lists themselves are very easy to modify- with simple swipes and taps, you can edit, delete, or mark items as complete. In addition, as you open the app, every single group, category, and list is visible in plain sight. You don't need to open up folders or click on links to see everything. This is especially helpful for me as I tend to forget that which I don't see. In addition, the items can be split into smaller items that can be checked off individually; this is so helpful if tasks require multiple steps, and you operate better if you try to tackle one mini-goal at a time. You can't transfer items between lists; therefore, if you wish to move an item to another list because of an altered deadline or a change in categorization, you must construct a brand new list. This can get tedious. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love how your notes gets shared between every device, in the same way and with the same organizaron. In other words, I just love the integration and the way the experience is, almost, the same between platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't like that the advanced tools are kind of hidden on the mobile app, when the are in plain sight at the desktop one. Since I am used to use a kanban board (physical) I feel thstit could be much better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that this tool keeps everyone on our team on track and is easy enough to use. The interface is clean and simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I do wish there was a windows or android version for this product. There is only an ios version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like Todo because I can easily list & sort tasks and mark completed. It is great way to stay up to date on completion status of projects and tasks. The electronic list is preferred to a paper list since I am able to access it from anywhere. It is much easier to keep on top of responsibilities when you have access all of the time. I would like to see shared lists, which may be an available feature at this time as I have not used the program very recently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like how it allows me to easily link tasks between my phone and computer. This makes it easier for me to make tasks (on my computer) and quickly reference them or click off tasks (on my phone). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Hm.... I think this app/program is best at generating long lists. I have trouble setting lists for tasks that need to be done in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is an application that is very interesting because it contains functions that allow you to categorize your lists of tasks, enrich the format helps in the classification and order of your priorities, is excellent to administer and manage recurring tasks that you can track more easily. I love everything about this application, without details or waste in my opinion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like how simple it is to get right into using the program. Being a Microsoft product the sync capability is also terrific allowing you to sync tasks between phone and computer. The mobile app also has great functionality similar to the desktop allowing a seamless experience across platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There really isn't anything to dislike, it offers the same functionality as other task track software. I could potentially see power users who are looking for functionality more on the level of "Microsoft Projects" potentially being disappointed with the lack of advanced functionality. To-Do has only limited application for syncing the events and schedules. no priority given to other software integration. Planner is for teams and To-Do is for individuals of that team, which i think should be look into. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Todo has a super attractive interface that's very straightforward, clean, and easy to use. I really like the interface and the simplicity of adding new tasks and marking them as completed. It adds convenience to my day rather than adding additional difficulty like other solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There have been some issues in the past when they transitioned the way they sync devices and tasks. For a while there were serious issues syncing between the desktop Mac client and the mobile app. This may still be an issue – I’ve since switched to Windows and haven’t had issues with the app and the web-based version. Overall I’m very happy with Todo and have very few complaints, especially since I use it in a fairly simple way and may not see issues that heavier users do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
