What do you like best about TimeWellScheduled?

User-Friendly, simple to use with timely support for the business owner. Time-saving for the scheduler. Easy uploads to payroll software. When I read a message in my e-mail it remains unread in TWS Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Booking days off in the system means they are easy to schedule around, and all managers are aware of them. No more conflictingor lost availability! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We try and track when a message is read however apps like gmail and outlook are now blocking it so we can't always set a message read.

I like that I can see everyone whose working all on the same page and that it is easy to see how many hours were used each week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I cannot reset the "Record Today's Totals" to zero. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TimeWellScheduled?

The app makes it quick and easy to access schedules. The drag and drop feature for building schedules within the website is convenient too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish you could do a little more with the app. As a manager, quick access to schedules and staff contacts is vital. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TimeWellScheduled?

Allows for easy access to your work schedule and is a convenient method of clocking in and out when necessary, as all those functions can be provided through one single entity (aka TWS). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TimeWellScheduled?

If you were to come to work late, TWS would not allow you to clock in, hence needing written approval from the manager (even though hours have to get approved by management anyway after clocking in and out of TWS). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TimeWellScheduled solving and how is that benefiting you?

Time Well Scheduled (TWS) allows an employer to send and receive messages from other fellow employees (and vice versa) through a mail system that connects employees through a more internal network. The platform also allows employees to make time-off requests easily and can be easily approved/declined as necessary by management. And to recap, the clocking in-and-out system is very simple and reliable most of the time, hence allowing for better management of working records and smoothing out the flow of business on that end.
