What do you like best about TimeOut Software?

It simply tracks all time off and an easy to use profile. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TimeOut Software?

The initial set up is a very intensive process, but once you are thru it you are golden. Sean, our implementation contact, was so great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

TimeOut vacation tracking automates processes and eliminates errors from requesting, approving and tracking time out of the office to automatically updating accruals. What do you like best about TimeOut Software?

I liked that the entire process was electronic, we could set up 2-person approvals, and employees could see the entire calendar so that they could be sure they were following time off guidelines (we only let 2 people in a department have time off at the same time). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TimeOut Software?

We did encounter some problems along the way (glitches maybe?). The TimeOut personnel addressed the issues quickly and efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TimeOut Software solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used the TimeOut Software for a couple of years or so to track our company time off. We had previously been managing this through paper requests and an Excel spreadsheet, which was cumbersome. The TimeOut personnel were great in getting the system up and going, and taking care of any issues we had along the way. They were able to meet all the expectations of our time off policy. The flexibility of the program and the technical support from the team is exceptional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only dislike I have is some of the more technical changes have to be made by Technical Support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
