Without a doubt, the best thing about HR Cloud for me is our Account Manager, Bruno. It's clear that he has a lot of experience working with this tool and has extensive knowledge of it. He always tries to provide the best solution to any problem. Additionally, he is very patient and has supported us a lot throughout the entire rollout of the tool within the company Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like the least is that the mobile version is very limited. I also don’t like that when impersonating an employee to run tests, they receive notifications all the time, and this cannot be removed.
On the other hand, I think the roles need to be rethought, as I’m not entirely convinced with how they work and the level of security each one has. I believe it’s a good tool, but it could be even more complete. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The implementation phase was not easy, but Bruno made a great difference. His professional and friendly attitude, always ready to help, was truly amazing. It is great to work with him, as he did his best to adapt the system to our needs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The system has several shortcomings. Although one of its features is the ability to personalize documents for signature, it was not possible to configure it properly. Additionally, it is not compatible with our time and attendance tool, leading to duplicated efforts internally. The portal also offers limited customization options and remains fairly basic Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The program is very user friendly. We have employees that don't use the internet that easily can use this program. They can quickly see how much time they have available and request time off with the click of a button. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The company calendar has an area where you can see everyone that has requested time off in the weekly view. If more than a few people have requested time off the program lumps the requests together and you will need to click the "Time Offs" link in order to see them. The reason that we purchased HR Cloud was that we have been desperately looking for a system to provide a company-wide PTO Calendar view for so long now. HR Cloud is literally one of the only systems out there that could accommodate our needs. What I liked best about the actual implementation was the level of customer service and overall customer experience that we were provided by our account representative (Lea). She was extremely prompt, professional, and thorough with every step along the way including misunderstandings / hiccups that can occur with a new system roll-out. She made the experience wonderful and positive, it was truly a pleasure to work with her and we would not have had the same experience without her. She is very good at what she does and works seemingly around the clock to provide us with the amazing customer experience that we had. I felt like she really cared about the overall success of the implementation and was part of our team. She answered all of our questions, was quick to jump on meetings, provided us access to documents and user guides, took product requests, and even created documentation to help us along the way. A lot of what we disliked was modified by the development team. I really don't have much to say here. The product is customizable and the development team actually takes customer requests and delivers - which can be rare to come across these days. If I had to pick one thing - it would be the verbiage / visibility of the "Balances" page that can be a little confusing for the end-user.
