It has a nice icon and the website runs smoothly, and allows you to track your time and visualize that by the graph they provide. There is very little customization or control. It is frustrating to drain your battery by tracking your location and that you cannot edit your own timesheet. For awhile, there was a glitch that you had to leave a comment when clocking in or out and that was frustrating. It also often crashes on my phone. As an employee that has used this product, I like how easy the app worked. I could clock in and out on the app within minutes. I can track where my hours are at for the pay period, what time off I have collected and view my pay statements. I can approve my time and submit for my payroll. This is the first job I've had where I manage other people. So, I can't compare this to other apps, but I find this extremely easy to use and helpful. It has everything I need. I can control what times people can clock in and what locations they have to be in order to clock in. It tells me when it suspects clock in errors and how many. NO customer support, chat is useless and the number listed only goes to voicemail. Never have received a call back. Can NOT split timesheets between days. We have overnight employees and if they clock in at 7PM on Friday, the hours worked after midnight are still considered time worked on Friday, makes payroll impossible to run without editing it.
