When importing time to QB we need to be able to choose the beginning date of the pay period and the end date of the pay period. Otherwise we have to call Time Clock Wizard support every payroll in order for them to lock anytime after the pay period that was already approved in order to sync the time to QB. We can keep track of the guys that are leaving the job site but not clocking out. If we inquire what job they went to after leaving the job they were on because Time Clock Wizard shows they didn't clock out they usually fess up and just say they forgot clock out when they left so they did it later. Then the bookkeeper can go in and change to the correct sign out time and we aren't paying for hours that weren't worked. Time Clock Wizard keeps everyone honest.
