Sometimes I feel like I dismiss the ding on my phone that alerts me that I have a message. It just blends in with the rest of my alerts. Sometimes it will be hours before I realixe I have a message. Ways to enhance the platform would be to have not only secure text/chat with other providers but with patients. Would be great to text/talk via a secure setting during off hours.
