I think that it is easy to utilize, accessible (both on desktops and mobile phones) and it provides a HIPAA friendly way to communicate with staff that may not be in the office; I think the customer service is excellent and has great follow up and follow through. There has been a time or two when they had a non-nogotiable upgrade pushed to desktops with little warning. That was frustrating. Otherwise, there are always small issues, but again, support form the corperation, and our account management team is always top notch so no complaints there.
