As the medical director for our addiction medicine services, I collaborate with multiple therapists and clinicians regarding cases in real time. Tiger text makes it possible to communicate rapidly and easily in a secure, HIPPA-compliant environment. The fact that it can be used on a cell phone is also critical as it makes it more convenient to remain connected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only downside is that I have not figured out how to turn off the push notifications when I am on vacation. While I can designate myself as unavailable I continue to receive the push notification on my phone that a message is available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Tigerconnect is a very useful site that I have found to be very helpful in order to complete physcians schedules. It's a central place where we are able to see all the schedules and other phsycians can see where the schedules are. Is also mobile which is super helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing I have is when scheduling physcians, you have to do it by day. I am hoping there is an option to one day be able to schedule someone in a bulk manner instead of doing it by day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

interface for tigerconnect is very easy to use and convenient for use. Our hospitalists all carry iPhones and the interface allows our nursing staff to communicate through a web browser with the hospitalists while ensuring that all messages are across a HIPAA compliant secure messaging platform. I am insulted that they think they can pay me off with a $25 gift card. Their greed and thirst for dollars will never be satiated. Once they have your money, they basically ignore your support requests. Stop charging so much, and reinvest your profits into your support team and engineers so they can create a better product. Best thing about TigerConnect is that you can communicate with every user and even those that don't have TigerConnect. The communication is secure and HIPAA compliant. It's easy to use and very accessible to everyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike the fact that when you add a user to a conversation they don't see any of the previous communication on that thread. This is not a major thing but I would like to see improvements in this area. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think the platform is an excellent tool to connect with your patients / clients using a different modality (SMS / text message). I also think it works fairly well as a video conferencing solution. There are a number of things about the platform that I wish was different. I think it would be helpful if we could also engage folks through other modalities, such as email, all within the same product. There is no easy way for clients / patients to conduct video sessions on other devices besides their mobile phone. Some people like that but many would prefer to engage their provider through a laptop or desktop. The video conferencing also lacks some useful features such as screen sharing and screen recording. We would also like a feature where we could do a video call with multiple participants for group based interventions. The other thing that I will comment on is that customer service leaves much to be desired. Our organization has been passed through several representatives since our time with TigerConnect and they aren't necessarily great at responding to my inquiries or concerns in a reasonable period of time. Although technical support is fine, they often direct me to community resources which is real hit or miss. Its either a single notification, or 10 repeat notifications, and its not adjustable at the user level. Also if you have repeat notifications, you never know if its notifying you of a new alert, or repeated alert of an old message. Pagers had that functionality. Tiger, or general texting, is powerful, but its much too intrusive, and is misused frequently. The outage a month or so ago was scary, but you didn't know what you didn't know. There is no search feature when you are trying to look for a previous message regarding a patient. Scrolling down the list to look for previous message is very diffiuct and time consuming. I would love to see this feature added. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
