Using TT has been tremendously helpful in increasing workflow with better ease of communication while remaining HIPAA compliant. We are able to ask questions to our out-of-office doctors and move forward with scheduling and treating patients quickly. Much easier than other email-based secure message software. It is user-friendly and doesn't require much training to figure out. It is easy to create group chats between colleagues for instant responses when in the field. I like knowing that my messages are secured. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The problem with this program for my line of work is that I must initiate the messages to my clients, many of whom do not have internet access and are unable to make a username or account.
