The security (HIPAA compliant & patient privacy to the max), you receive a confirmation of your message being sent quickly, and it lets you when the receiving end has read it. Also, another cool feature is you can actually see the three dots when the person is typing to reply back to your message. Most of the tech problems are internal and need to be referred to your own company's administrators. This can be timely, though most problems are internal and not a result of the app. In my experience, most of the problems are solved in a timely manner and do not require referral to Tiger Connect customer support.
