What do you like best about TigerConnect Clinical Collaboration Platform?

I love that you can either use the app on the computer and that you can also download the app on your phone. It is nice to be able to connect with colleagues even when you are not by a computer by using the phone app. It is nice to be able to discuss patient confidential information. The Tiger Text apps allows me as a nurse to discuss pertinent patient questions or concerns with the doctors or physician assistants in a

What do you like best about TigerConnect Clinical Collaboration Platform?

I love the ease of use, the security of the platform being HIPAA compliant and I love the ability to collaborate instantly. The facility I work in has been using TigerConnect for several years now and it has become an essential part of what we do to the point that for all clinical staff, it is a start of the orientation and onboarding. It works across platforms seamlessly as well including Windows Desktop, Android devices, iOS devices and more. I have not once helped someone set up the program and the device not been compatible and the functionality wasn't as expected. What do you like best about TigerConnect Clinical Collaboration Platform?

The TigerConnect platform has proven to be a reliable resource that allows two way communication with individuals and groups. We have changed our STEMI call process from pagers to using TigerConnect, due to its ease of use and ease of setting up scheduled roles. Our CMIO has been able to add roles to our STEMI call team as well as schedulers without much effort and the hospital has expanded the use tremendously since we started with this valuable tool. Recently, it has been tied to the hospitalist assignment indicator in Epic, so if someone wants to contact the patient's hospitalist, it can be done at the push of a button, rather than going through a process to look up the patient's currently assigned hospitalist. What do you dislike about TigerConnect Clinical Collaboration Platform?

The only downside that I can think of is the fact that so many of our processes (including the various call teams within the hospital) have moved to this platform that if it goes offline for some reason, we would be severly handicapped, as there isn't an easy way to set up a back up. That hasn't been an issue thus far, but it is still hovering in the background. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TigerConnect Clinical Collaboration Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

It has proven to be a time-saver for so many reasons. We can use it to contact the STEMI team and see responses to the "page" rather than having them call in to indicate receipt of the page. We can send EKG images to the Invasive Cardiologist quickly using TigerConnect. We can contact the patient's hospitalist with critical results without poring over the EMR to find the hospitalist who is "on" at that time. We can see who is on call in any of the specialties in the hospital. This is used by all the teams (Stroke team, Infection prevention, code blue, etc) for easy access and alerting.

It also saves time when entering call teams. I can schedule our 4 man STEMI call team for 4 weeks in less than 10 minutes.

We can also "see" and connect with people at all of the other hospitals within our hospital system, if needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like how easy it is to contact employees if needed. (Group messages) I also like how easy it is for patients to reply back to texts and sending out texts is very easy to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TigerConnect Clinical Collaboration Platform?

My business had completely crashed and I was no longer operating my business. I asked if I could drop my licenses from 8 to 1 or 2 due to me having to let go all of my employees. I was told due to the management change, I could not adjust my licenses whatsoever. I think this is completely unfair due to me being told before, on the phone, that I can drop or add licenses whenever I needed to. I am now in significant debt and might have to file bankruptcy due to owing Tiger Connect for 8 licenses even though we never used it. I have expressed my concerns to Tiger Connect and was told there was nothing they could do. Because of this, I have told many business owners in my community that Tiger Connect is not a good choice. If you guys were able to assist me and understand that my business was no longer active, this review would be completely different. I hope you guys can do better in the future. Until then, you have caused extreme distress and have financially hurt a small business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TigerConnect Clinical Collaboration Platform?

Ease of use. Doesn't require a phone or computer; thus can multi-task if necessary. Is widely used in our organization for both routine communication (ie, publishing our Surge score every 4 hours during the day and as needed at night) as well as episodic to individuals, roles, or groups. I also appreciate that it shows if a message has been read or not. That helps to inform if a different mechanism of contact needs to be employed. When out or off; easily placed on "do not disturb". I like that I can mute certain groups that I may not need immediate contact with but can follow up as needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Rather than least helpful, I would like the opportunity to acknowledge a message without requiring hitting send. Like "thumbs up" emoji on the message sent to me that would not send an additional signal. Additionally, not unlike other tech innovations, it is prone to overuse leading to chronic distraction. What do you like best about TigerConnect Clinical Collaboration Platform?

I can do some scheduling automatically based on rules set up. I have a place to track jobs and also for the physicians to make requests so there is a record. Changes are easy to make and share. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TigerConnect Clinical Collaboration Platform?

The system seems very outdated. You can't easily toggle between screens, you must close one screen to get to a different screen and not all processes can be done form one screen, which would be extremely helpful. You also get reverted back to current claendar when you move between screens, even though working on different months. What do you like best about TigerConnect Clinical Collaboration Platform?

User friendly! Love being able to reach out and get ideas from other users. Faculty and residents can view their scehdule for the month easily and I can easily see who is on call for each service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

That it is not integrated with New Innovations where our residents have to enter their duty hours weekly. Amion, the previous platform, did have this as an option. Hoping Tiger connect can also collaborate with New Innovations to get this moved over! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Being able to easily see who is on call. The greatest benefit to me in my role is being able to easily connect with faculty, residents, and staff via TigerConnect. Responsiveness has been at an all time high and it is especially helpful when I dont have a phone number for the person I need to reach. We have come a long way since pagers were our only option! TigerConnect is incredibly useful in disseminating wompany wide information alerts (weather, traffic, emergencies), as well as a great tool for intercommunication with employees, allowing for patient reports, referral information, and HIPAA information without fear of violating HIPAA violations. Honestly, there have been no negative aspects to the platform. It works effortlessly, allowing for even those with limited IT knowledge to utilize. Only thing is being able to remove or change some text groups can be confusing at first. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

TigerConnect solves our clnical collaboration problems of having to either physically be in person or on the phone with the employee you are reporting to. The platform itself is so user friendly. We utilize both the internal communication tool and the patient portal to communicate with our clients and their families through a HIPAA secure platform. Our clinicians love it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TigerConnect Clinical Collaboration Platform?

There are several different "add ons" to the tool. We were demoed the top of the line, but quickly found that the base price did not include all of the bells and whistles that were initially shown to us. Overall, though, the cost is still reasonable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not having the ability to "return", meaning start a new paragraph or space out sentances for clarity. If you press the "ENTER" key it sends the message instead of starting a new line. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have a team of 36 staff and contractors, some of whom work remotely. The ability to communicate with them even when we don't see them on a regular basis and know that the information that we are sending them is secure and can tell that they have seen the message is super important to our team. What do you like best about TigerConnect Clinical Collaboration Platform?

As the medical director for our addiction medicine services, I collaborate with multiple therapists and clinicians regarding cases in real time. Tiger text makes it possible to communicate rapidly and easily in a secure, HIPPA-compliant environment.
