Nice Tool!
Very user-friendly. For the first campaign, the product literally handholds you step-by-step all the way.
The templates have a very nice flow, with the email template, followed by the Landing Page and followed by Instant Awareness. Though some options do not exactly work the way they are supposed to, I believe those minor issues will be fixed shortly.
Barring the DNS and Firewall/email IP whitelisting part, you can set up a campaign in less than 3-5 minutes! One of the smoothest and easiest interfaces I have worked with.
The multilingual option is very easy, just pick the language from the drop-down and the entire interface changes. I suppose the system auto translates and I had a good laugh at some of the translations from English to my language:) On the whole, it works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Small Quirks which I believe will get resolved sooner than later.
Interface related issues. Small button changes, here and there.
Some of the workflow could be improved, like what can be done and how it can be done. As an example, an error in a list upload requires a delete/re-upload of the list. It could be done by editing the issue rather than re-uploading the entire list.
Templates could be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Initial Domain Verification Process: Domain verification process was a little tricky for those who may not have any previous experience validating a domain - but this is only a once-off process, once it's complete you don't need to do so again.
Whitelisting of IP Addresses for Emailing (a little tricky): Again with the above, it is a little more technical to whitelist any IP addresses for the purposes of ensuring that emails are sent through. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Educating employees is important to stop cyber attacks right at the initial stage.
