Our team's top-performers are individuals who embrace and live our core values and Threads Culture gave us the platform to include core value in the performance management process. The Threads team was hands-on helping us onboard and making sure we maximized the software. Similar to a Gartner Magic Quadrant, it gave us a way to see how our staff was doing based on their individual job responsibilities AND cire values. Another feature we love is the ability to team members to share peer feedback in real-time and for each team member to chronical their individual successes. Our team used the platform every day. That enabled our annual reviews to be reflective of the whole year versus the month leading up to their review. I appreciate the fact that I can send questionnaires, create, edit, and review performance evaluations, access feedback, and even establish an organizational chart. Threads Culture offers a comprehensive yet user-friendly solution for monitoring employee reviews and fostering their development. It's an invaluable tool that I believe every HR professional should utilize. I appreciate Ben whom I have worked with for quite some time, he is always avaialble and ready to assist with any questions, the worforce certainly can use more reps like this. Threads strives to continuously develop their software and stay ahead of hr needs. The performance review does a great job incorporating core values with KPIs. The feedback feature is very beneficial when it comes time to do reviews. It allows us to make reviews based on information from the entire year, not just what we remember from the past month. Recently we had Sean from Threads Culture come do a training session with our management team. Sean was very successful at uniting our management to create support for our organizations values. The training focused on establishing performance review best practices, and creating solutions strengthen the organizations culture. The entire management team enjoyed learning from Sean, and learning how to continuously maximize the features within Threads Culture. Threads is super easy to use anywhere from an employee level, manager lever, and admin level. The performance reviews are easy to do. All manager are able to have them all in one place organized by their completion status. If managers have fallen behind, the admin is able to request the review which helps prevent difficulties when it is time to use the reviews for salary raises. Threads support is also super friendly! Threads is great for increasing our employee engagement. The feedback feature allows all employees to leave feedback whenever necessary. The ability to turn visibility on and off has increased upper managements ability to understand what is occurring throughout the entire organization. Employees are receiving more positive feedback from their peers, and we are able to learn more about management styles through the 360 feedback. We also are able to request feedback from employees when more detailed information is needed. Everyone is more connected now and people are continuously sharing positive feedback with peers.
