Onesource is a highly technically advanced software, that is easy to use. We are a multinational corporation with multiple entities and OneSource allows us to prepare our tax returns at a highly technical and accurate level. The capabilities to roll up all of these entities into one US reporting entity with OneSource surpasses the ability to do that on other softwares, in my opinion. Thomson Reuters provides a solid platform, capable of completing various tax related compliance efforts. They have an excellent support staff that is ready and willing to help if you get stuck. When you have a company as large as Thomson Reuters, inevitably things will slip through the cracks. One of the things that frustrates me is that because of its size and it's efforts to reach every consumer, oftentimes the software is frustrating to use because it is slow and difficult to understand and use. Simple things like finding the correct location to enter information is not intuitive. We find "phantom" checkboxes that we can't uncheck. It oftentimes leads to calls to the help desk to find out where to change these items. This can be very frustrating in crunch time.
