Legal Tracker is a great tool to manage matters, invoices, budgets and spend overall. It allows us to slice and dice the data, although there are limitations that I hope can be remediated over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Our Legal Tracker CSM does not seem very knowledgeable about how we can improve our use of Legal Tracker. She recommends the same thing every time, and I am looking for someone who can help me look at Legal Tracker a different way and can help us use the tool more effectively. Legal Tracker has been very effective in creating, maintaining and reviewing our complicated budgets in house. There are constant upgrades that have corrected some reporting issues I had in the past. I do not think there are downsides to using Legal Tracker but I am disappointed you took the total number of claims feature out. We are frquently asked how many matters we have open and having that feature at the top was extremely handy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
