Too much functions to use.
Sometimes searching Matter takes time (I expect searching UI might improve more).
We always prefer Invoice Approval in PDF (Invoice Approval is in html when we output manually).

Legal Tracker has become an integral part of our team. The interface is easy to use and the various modules help us to not only react to outside counsel spend, but have also helped us be better at predicting spend. Any time that we have needed to lean on Legal Tracker customer support, they have been very responsive and have helped us resolve whatever the issue may be.
