It makes more work for outside counsel because we already have a document management system where we maintain and organize all documents related to a particular matter. Tracker is like having to maintain the client's document management system, too, so it's duplicate work for outside counsel, but I understand the value to the client company in having outside counsel upload and aggregate all documents and correspondence relevant to a particular matter in a single location. 1) There should be a separate submit button for final submission - Upon hitting enter the invoice automatically is captured and submitted (no chance to review)

2) Adding or cloning lines feature can get better if we can have a choice of cloning right below the last line item or immediately after the working line item

3) Time keeper rate uplaod can get better

I like the Action Items page the best because I can quickly see what I need to accomplish. From the Action Items page I can see invoices and budgets that need approval and view documents that have been uploaded by law firms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
