I do not think there are downsides to using Legal Tracker but I am disappointed you took the total number of claims feature out. We are frquently asked how many matters we have open and having that feature at the top was extremely handy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the fact that it is a secured saas Legal Product that supports users to manage all legal matters including e-billing, legal analytics and time/cost tracking. It is a total solution and includes analytics and a dashboard as well. I love the fact that it also integrates with other ERP systems and 3rd party providers.

I think with all that it offers, it is complicated to learn and pick up right away. You have to spend time on it and has steep learning curve and it could overwhelm any new user to the party. There's also limitation with integration and customization which could frustrate our IT team when it comes to compatibility.
