Would like to be able to indicate which location at which clients can schedule on particular days (through the Client Portal). This is because I see patients in-person on Mondays and Tuesdays, then telehealth appts on Wed. and Thursdays. Right now, I have created different service types that indicate they are only available on certain days (ie, "MON. OR TUES., EXISTING CLIENTS ONLY - 60 min. individual session" and "WED. Telehealth limitations: You cannot create a repeating telehealth appointment (WTF?), though there is a clumsy work-around. Groups/Families are handled differently than individuals. Telehealth sessions are limited to a max of 6 people. Notifications needs additional options. Cannot create a truly custom Progress Note that integrates with their workflow. Our organization is growing each day, and TheraNest always keeps up. The wonderful thing about this PMS is that when we need assistance, we have been able to reach out and get hands-on support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As we continue to grow and expand, we have many hands in the pot. Although TheraNest accommodates for that, they quite often have upgrades or updates which change some minor features. These changes confuse members of our team, and mistakes are easily made. We appreciate that TheraNest has been better about notifying us by email of upcoming updates. When billing, there were times that claims were changed that resulted in delayed payments and many hours of me having to get it fixed. I was also billed for the number of clients I billed for, per their program; however, if I billed over the plan #'s I paid for they would increase my bill accordingly but didnt decrease it if I billed for substantially less. As a result, for the past three months, I have been paying for 80 clients when I only had 10 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
