There are not many downsides of Ensora Mental Health. The one big thing I dislike is how if you are creating notes or treatment plan or anything like that it does not really auto save. It says it is saving but if you do not physically press the save button after it says ot saved on it's own it will not really be saved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ensora Mental Health is reliable and affordable. The platform is available 24/7 online and I have experienced little if any downtime or unresponsive.

Ensora Mental Health provides a full-featured package for managing a behavioral health practice. I received referrals from online platforms that handle scheduling/billing so many of the features of Ensora are superfluous. Still, for the price, it is hard to beat. If you handle billing in-house, Ensora provides integration with various clearinghouses.

As a psychologist in private practice, I wear many hats and need to be as efficient as possible. I find some of the repetitive tasks such as maintaining the contact log to be rather inefficient in terms of raw data entry. Also, somethings like customizing the layout of columns in the client list have to be performed every time I login. It would be preferable to have those settings saved.
