What do you dislike about The Mortgage Office Loan Servicing?

It takes a bit of time to get used to. However, the support is very good. Responsive and truly know the product. I would go with a 10 rating, but the new platform is most effective on the Windows Edge browser; Google Chrome...not so much. A couple of minor bugs, but those are being worked out with updates; nothing major, primarily asethetics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about The Mortgage Office Loan Servicing?

In comparison to our automated systems, it caters to unique, case-to-case-basis files that need more than automation and formulas. This flexibility is what keeps us on using TMO Servicing, albeit infrequently. Manual input of data is an easy way for our staff to take accountability for the information they've entered. The lack of CRM-like database integration causes us to take more steps than necessary, that's why we had to migrate to a system that offers that feature, especially when we would like everything to be easy not only for our clients, repeat or new, but also for our staff. The Mortgage Loan Office is a wonderful program for loan servicing. I had to rebuild our accounting system from the cradle to the grave. The technicians were wonderful and answered any questions I had about the ABS program and took the time to explain every aspect that I did not understand. What do you like best about The Mortgage Office Loan Servicing?

The Mortgage Office, or TMO as I call it, is simple to understand, implement and utilize.

TMO has many functions we were unable to obtain through other programs and their customer support is extraordinary. We invest in their system, therefore they make sure to invest time and attention in us. TMO listens to your wants and needs, and if possible creates changes to their system to accomedate those wants and needs. What do you dislike about The Mortgage Office Loan Servicing?

There are no downsides of using The Mortgage Office. However, what I dislike the most is the initial convertion. Not because it is difficult, in fact TMO's intergration is fairly simple. My dislike comes from how hard it is to let go of the system you currently use not realizing you will be getting a ferrari for what you currently drive. My recommendation, invest in a better system like TMO and dedicate time to learn its functions. You will not regret it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Mortgage Office has made it possible to leave your office and avoid all the setup to remote to your computer in case of an emergency. The system is available from anywhere, anytime.

TMO is solving problem after problem that would be endless to specify in this box. One of the main benefits, having the customers view their own account from the comfort of their home.

I my opinion I have not yet found any negative to report. I was perfectly satisfied with the workspace version until I toured the online version and it was mind blowing how much faster it is able to provide data. My team did not truly understand the complexity of what all TMO had to offer until we attended training and was interested in shopping for new software. I fought hard to keep TMO while doing more research on what all it has to offer. TMO Loan Servicing is a very user friendly software platform. Our Company is mitrating over to TMO Pro in June and I look forward to the ease using their Web Based product along with additional features that we currently do not have using the desktop version.
