Can't send and receive images, photos, etc and don't believe that the person who replies understands that and there should be a message back to them saying failed or unable to send/ receive photos, we are constantly telling people this. Would be good if this feature was enabled, we are automotive business so pictures of parts, rego's kms, would be good Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For my small eyecare practice, other options are not cost-effective. Text Magic has enabled us to text our patients for appointments, communications, etc. We use the templates extensively, so my staff time is small. Patients love it, my staff loves it, I love it! It's simplicity. Sending a message is incredibly simple. Just input the number (which autoformats), type your message and hit send. Programming messages and scheduling them to be sent at a later date/time, is also very easy. What is most useful, is the ability to upload pre-written messages that are saved in a library. These messages are then easily sent to new contacts or those in our Saved Contacts. Finally, its very inexpensive and doesn't require any contracts! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
