Can't send and receive images, photos, etc and don't believe that the person who replies understands that and there should be a message back to them saying failed or unable to send/ receive photos, we are constantly telling people this. Would be good if this feature was enabled, we are automotive business so pictures of parts, rego's kms, would be good Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For my small eyecare practice, other options are not cost-effective. It's simplicity. Sending a message is incredibly simple. Just input the number (which autoformats), type your message and hit send. Programming messages and scheduling them to be sent at a later date/time, is also very easy. What is most useful, is the ability to upload pre-written messages that are saved in a library. These messages are then easily sent to new contacts or those in our Saved Contacts. Finally, its very inexpensive and doesn't require any contracts! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would love if I could choose which number I am sending through so my clients could call the text number and reach me through my teams number. I also don't like that a longer text costs more - it feels a bit like early cell phones and we've grown past that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
