It was so quick to implement Text-Em-All into our work flow and easy to get our first message out all the entire contact list. I love the feature to schedule future campaigns so you can set it and forget it, especially for event management.

My organization was looking for an out-of-band, emergency contact system. Most products that I looked at had fee structures that included monthly fees. This is a product that we hope we never have to use. The most helpful feature of Text-Em-All is that you can purchase credits that never expire. If we have an emergency in 6 months or 6 years, we will be ready to go and be able to text all our employees. Text em all has been a great service addition to my team's research study. It has allowed us to reach hundreds of participants with a simple easy to use mass text message. Some of the best features from this service are the ability to schedule text messages for a later time, call forwarding to a different phone number, the option to upload a CSV file with contacts, the ease of use, and the fast customer service from text em all. It is very easy to use. It was very easy to import employee information to get it set up. It does not take a lot of time to create or send a message. You are able to tell quickly the results of each call made. If I ever have any questions, I just send an email to support and they respond quickly. I wish we had more characters to send longer messages within our plan. Because we are a non-profit it's difficult to upgrade our plan as we are government funded through grants. I also wish special characters were not extra credits as it is not cost-effective to communicate with our Spanish-speaking contacts in a gramatically correct manner (using accents and other special characters). Text-Em-All offers an easy, convenient way to stay in contact with my contact list. I can choose to either text a message or call with a prerecorded message to inform each person. The interface is intuitive and useful for quick messages to my groups. I can even integrate this into some of my other databases.
