DialMyCalls has been very easy to use, and the feature that prevents duplicate calls from being placed has been extremely helpful. Our export lists often include the same person multiple times, and DialMyCalls ensures that only one call (in a call queue) will be made to each phone number. It has also been very valuable to see the results of each call placed, whether it was answered, transferred to a live representative, not connected, or went to voicemail. The feature to connect to a live representative (after listening to the automated message) has helped us keep the personal interaction for those who would like to speak with someone. The automated portion of the call can either be recorded by an individual, or you can type text and have an automated voice read the message. There are quite a few steps to get to the "Send" screen. This is not much of a Con because it is a result of the system's great, customizable options and detailed views for great reporting, but it would help our team improve our effeciency with sending calls to many different groups if there were fewer pages or steps involved. Once you learn the interface, it's very simple to create templates, schedule texts or calls and add users.
Currently using DialMyCalls for business purposes. We've been through catastrophic floods from Helene, snow storms, and much more this year. We needed an option to reach our employees during emergencies, weather, and to keep folks up to date with HR tasks such as open enrollment. So far, I'm very pleased at the service they offer. We signed up for DialMyCalls to keep our employees informed with important updates due to recent Hurricanes in Florida. Super easy to use! Great followup from DialMyCalls right after signing up. Customer support is prompt. When Hurricane Milton following only 2 weeks after Helene, this service became priceless. We used all our subscription and went pay as you go with ease to get urgent messsages out.

Part of our use was to allow people to respond to the txt message if they were unable to return to work due to safety or they evacuated out of state. This was a great backup since communcations are not always working after these big storms. I did not find a way to do any organization or reporting on the replys, making it a bit of work. Prior to finding or discovering DialMyCalls, I used a 3rd party vendor to send my SMS messages to voters in my small district. I appreciated the service of the 3rd party vendor but I didn't like the LACK of CONTROL. What I like best about DMC is that I now have complete control. DMC has given me the power to reach my voters with relevant messages and in a timely fashion....no waiting for someone to confirm or get back to me. DMC also allowes me to see the message that I am sending and also the ability to receive the message at the same time others are receiving the message. I like DMC because I am able to send an SMS to PART of my list. I can say many other things but for now these are the things I love about DMC. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
For me, there are no downsides to using DialMyCalls. But one thing I would like to see is a way to keep track of those who RECEIVED an SMS message from me so that I can be ble to check them off of the list for a particular broadcast. I don't want a voter receiving the same message TWICE. Currently, I keep notes on paper as to what range of voters on my list received a particular broadcast, i.e., My Yankees vs Phillies Broadcast during the MLB Playoffs (Ward 46, 1-500 of 6,000; Ward 51, 1-400 of 3,000), etc. When I continue Ward 46, I go to voter 501 on my list and select 100 more voters for the next broadcast. The overall user interface of DialMyCalls makes it a breeze to use. From importing our list of employees to sending out the broadcasts, the steps are easy to follow and intuitive. DialMyCalls is quick and easy to use. It is easy to figure out how to purchase credits, how to use them and implement the calls, texts, or however we are needing or wanting to make contact with clients and customers. It is easy to add and remove numbers, select which numbers to send specific messages to, and create custom messages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ease of use. It so simple to create a broadcast that is sent to everyone immediately or even at a later date and time. It saves so much time not having to call everyone individually like we did before DialMyCall. We could also easily send text messages or emails to everyone needed without making it a group message that can be messy and confusing to some. Been using since 2011 and we are still completely happy with the arrangement. The few times we've need customer service they were friendly and quickly helped. We love that it creates a report that shows us who anwsers and who doesn't and we always get credit if the broadcast didn't complete. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
For us personally we haven't dealt with anything that we dislike (of course cheaper credits would be nice, lol) but truthfully the prices aren't bad considering how much time and effort it saves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This may just be on my side, but I wish the email function would work differently. What I mean is that it talks about how you can email if you don't have a person's number. I just wish that it would work to just send mass emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is more affordable and easy to figure out than other similar systems. It was quick to learn and flexible enough to do exactly what I was hoping. Specifically, I wanted to be able to send out different pre-recorded messages to my grandma on each day of the month and it had all of the features needed to do this without any complicated work-arounds. I like that you can just purchase credits without having a plan, but the minimum number of credits you can buy at a time is 200. I'd prefer to be able to start with a lower number. That said, they do give a few free credits for experimentation and it's overall still quite affordable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The platform is very simple and awesome to use, especially when it comes to automated customer reminders like past due balances, suspension notices and expired credit card notices. We also use it to inform customers when our routes our running behind or there has been a trucking breakdown and the service will be on a one-day delay. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
