All our candidates knew how to use it, we never got any complaints in that area. So I guess I can call it user-friendly.

I once wanted to check something but didn't know how so I contacted their CS team and I've been told they don't have the feature I was looking for in their platform. Weeks later I received an email from them saying they added the feature and is ready to use! I was so surprised by their email and so impressed, to be honest.
