What do you like best about Tenna?

I believe the most helpful things with Tenna are the QR codes. They are simple and easy to use plus when an EQ number has been worn off you can scan the QR code to find it in the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tenna?

I have had a few times where I was transferring equipment to another location, and it would not allow me to click on the site box. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Tenna?

Maintenance has been a game changer for our company. We are able to have field employees enter requests and let the shop know what is wrong. It has really helped our communication and efficiency when sending out field mechanics. We have been able to send our mechanics to the jobs that really need the help. I love that Tenna takes customers comments and makes changes. I have seen awesome updates based on what I have asked for in the past 3 years. What do you like best about Tenna?

User -friendly, detailed asset tracking, super great customer service! Tenna has created an asset managment system that allows full control for the users. You can manage your equipment, keep track of your maintenance records, create work orders, manage all your assets, and the list goes on! Also, very important to note: this platform is very user friendly, and easy for our crew in the field to use. Superior customer service, and very creative development team who listens to the customers for recommendations or changes to the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tenna?

You cannot change the "available or in use status" on the PHONE app- only online.

What do you like best about Tenna?

Be able to see everything in one place a not have to go to different web sites to collect information Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tenna?

1- When a maintenance request is submitted by the field or a mechanic and you what to create a work order you have to put all the information in to make the work order. The information from the request should be transfer automatically to the work order with the option to edit the information.

2-When a maintenance request is created for a repair or a pm everything get mix and you loose track of the repair. I thing the should be a tab for PM and tab for repairs. this will give the option to shoose what we want to see at the moment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
