What do you like best about Tenna?

Tenna keeps track of all our fleet vehicle and equipment. It has a good map for viewing of equipment. We can input DVIR's. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tenna?

The trackers can be spotty - providing poor information - so analytics are not accurate. Have not had great success with customer follow through. Dispatch module is very expensive. Usable reports and exports are not great. After a seemingly good start to implementation - problems with customer service. You pay for trackers that don't work and have to be shipped across the country. There needs to be a better solution for this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Tenna?

I'm able to see where equipment is at any time and we have significantly reduced our operating expenses by minimizing the amount of rental equipment. We also have a much better understanding of what equipment is most used and we can redirect our CapEx dollars to those needs instead of randomly purchasing equipment we "thought" we needed. What do you dislike about Tenna?

Locating the QR codes on equipment that we ship across the country in shipping cases has been a challenge. It would be worth considering NFC or other cheap technology that could be picked up by an iphone or similar device. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Tenna?

I love being able to know where my equipment is and how long it operated on each job and each month. I also like knowing if equipment has been sitting for too long. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tenna?

I wish there was a better way to track how much fuel was used by each piece of equipment. It would be nice to know how much fuel is used by the foremen's pickup trucks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Tenna?

We have appreciated excellent customer service while teaming with Tenna, which has allowed us to be more efficient and productive with our business practices. I really appreciate the thoroughness of the "help" feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tenna?

-when trackers mysteriously go offline and leave us wondering why?

-inability to transfer sites for online trackers

-that certain trackers do not show up in the search unless it is typed exactly as shown

What do you like best about Tenna?

What we find most helpful is their gps tracking units, and the ability it gives us to not only track our vehicles and equipment but see how they are being treated by the workers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tenna?

Some of the implementations we are looking for take a while to get put into effect since they only do major changes once every quarter. They also could do better communicating when there are several companies that are experiencing an issue that may affect our company as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Customer Service! Always quick to answer questions and find solutions.

Tenna offers a variety of hardware solutions and is constantly adding new features. You can tell that Tenna is forward-thinking in filling gaps in asset management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'd like to be able to customize my dashboard.

What do you like best about Tenna?

Tenna has been a wonderful way to support our growing business. As we take on more and more projects it's been extremely valuable to be able to track each piece of equipment across multiple sites. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Tenna?

Easy to use thru my phone. Allows me to do my check on my vehicle with ease. And I can request oil and maintenance on my truck Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not much honestly. Sometimes it is hard to scan due to dirt or wear but all and all it works very well Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
