What do you like best about Tenna?

Tenna's work order system along with telematics information has allowed us to centralize and modernize the managment of our equipment fleet. Prior to using Tenna, everything was very manual and paper based. Tenna has given visibility to all parties including project staff to understand the status of the equipment including work orders, inspections, locations, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tenna?

Tenna's software is constantly evolving which is a good thing. Some additional ease of use enhancements surrounding user management and rental equipment managment would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Tenna?

Tenna is very user freindly, if you can not find the answer to your question with the help menu, a team member is a phone call away. After we signed up with Tenna, a technician came out and showed all our staff and mechanics how to properly install the units and gave us tips on navigating the Tenna website. We use Tenna everyday, and I keep the website open on my computer all day. There are so many features we use for our service department, besides location. I highly recommend Tenna to anyone managing a fleet. We have over 200 trucks, trailers and heavy equipment we use the gps units on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tenna?

It does not integrate with some of our software, but that is on our end and not Tennas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Tenna?

Best part is the ability to manage a fleet both in and outside the office. The product support is second to none. Ease of use, easy to install and relocate to other pieces of equipment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tenna?

All systems have their good and bad points, Tennas good points outweigh any of the bad points. I dont have any real bad talking points about the Tenns products we use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Tenna?

The ability to quickly track trucks and equipment across multiple job sites that are constantly shifting focus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tenna?

That it relies on cell phone service. AT&T specifically. In our area they are the weakest, We have more pieces of equipment and trucks that i can't track than I like. Pretty useless in low service areas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Tenna?

I appreciate the option of reports you're able to generate about your fleet or employees.

My Tenna Representative has always been a great help no matter what the issue is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tenna?

I have noticed how inconsistent the solar trackers can be especially on an overcast day. The purpose is to find the location of your asset not go on a wild goose chase trying to locate it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wouldn't be a good reference. My shop managers use Tenna on a daily basis. Sometimes the trackers go bad which is annoying. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Tenna?

Moisture getting in solar gps devices. The new upgraded devices seem to do better but time shall tell. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
