Templafy has been a great additon to our workspace as it helps to have the brand carried out seamlessly through various documents and proposal we work on. It helps a beginner to work on writing as the pre-loaded templates would help ease the process of dding the pages or templates which were already added. We use templafy on a daliy basis in writing technical documets. proposals, Internal Communcations. As a Marketer I really love the ease of implementing the temlates across the M365 apps helps us reduce work hours and integrate well into our systems. Till dates We haven't found any issues that made us reachout to custmr support but I feel that it would be a great experience using Templafy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As a tech Writer with mutiple logins I find it annoying to login into Templafy evrytime. It would be great if I could have a primary login. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This tool plugs directly into Word, making it easy for new users to learn quickly. I like that it integrates our branding and colors, and is easy to reuse existing proposal templates fast. Templafy helps saving time designing presentation both in terms of content - thanks to the library - and in formatting - with the productivity tools. That gives more time to the teams to focus on fine tuning the commercial proposals and answering customers' needs. The library add-in is a great booster for sharing knowledge within the company, between departments and countries. Templafy pricing model is most attractive for big companies, less for a company like ours that needs around 250 licences. When it comes to the functionalities, the add-ins may sometimes create some powerpoint bugs or lagging. Lastly, the Excel link is not reliable whenever the file is heavy. We are still fairly early in our Templafy journey, but so far everyone in the business introduced to Templafy’s offering has been excited to get their hands on it and start using the software. It’s great for the VI team who want comprehensive brand governance and great for users who want to create well-designed documents quickly and easily.

We can deploy our brand to our 8000+ consultants in an instant, meaning that they are always producing client deliverables on brand.
It was easy to implement, working with our IT team. And we rolled it out to all 8000 users globally over a two week period before launch.
It is used by 95% of our users daily - and is one of the tools that impacts our users the most. Overwhelmingly our people love Templafy.

Nothing..... although Templafy is very easy to use, and they helped us with comms and the roll out - it still seems to blow some of our people's mind! There is nothing I dislike about Templafy. The only thing I can say as a predominant Word users is that Templafy invents a lot of wonderful things for PowerPoint but doesn't include them to Word although they would be useful there t oo. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
