What do you like best about Telnyx CPaaS?

Their service is very reliable and cost effective for my projects and clients. I highly recommend their services for quality and reliability. Dont think I have ever experienced downtime with my lines. I did find it hard to hear back from sales team. LOL Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

How do you position yourself against your competitors?

We've built our own private network with architecture deployed in multiple regions around the world. Our Private Backbone between regions ensures unmatched security and better communication quality through reducing hops that calls typically take on the public Internet. And, we offer all of this communications infrastructure and tooling via RESTful API. Our self-service platform is built on our own API which we have made publicly available. All of the functionality within our Mission Control portal can be built via the API and integrated into your own application.

What do you like best about Telnyx CPaaS?

The simplicity and ease of use with the Telnyx system has been so refreshing.

We needed a SIP Trunk and channels and within 10 minutes of signing up to Telnyx we had a Trunk and Channels up with a phone number.

Porting our exisiting numbers was also easy, and within a few weeks we had our numbers on the system.

Everytime we have reached out to the Support or Billing Teams @ Telnyx they have responded quickly and always answer any questions, no matter how abstract they can be at times.

We are only using a few of the available features of Telnyx, but so far we are more than happy with it all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Telnyx CPaaS?

So far we have found no downsides or have any complaints with using Telnyx, although we have only been using it 4 months. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Telnyx CPaaS solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed a SIP Trunk to provide some integration into our Call Centre Telephony system as our old system had 600+ numbers which needed to be still in our control.

This was to work with an OpenSIPS server.

The SIP Trunk and Channels provided by Telnyx allows us to still take these calls whilst utilising the OpenSIPS and we have full control over the system, rather than using a 3rd party. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Telnyx CPaaS?

I am a developer moving from another platform. Twillo.

1. The dashboard is a massive improvement and is very easy to use and understand what is going on.

2. The prices are better.

3. I was able to get support qucikly

4. Dedicated developer slack channel which made getting extra support better

5. Fast resolution of an Carrier issue I faced

What do you dislike about Telnyx CPaaS?

While support was quick. I felt the first person I spoke to gave me some information about the issue at hand. However, was dissmissive that it was a fault I would consider to be within their remit. With the attitue of "we did our part, its not our fault the SMS message didn't arrive". <- When it was resolved, someone else did mention the action plan as to how to prevent this issue being again.

However, finding different support channels was easy and I managed to get a resolution in place.

No reimbursement or acknowledgement of the credits that failed. (Not that fussed given it was a small amount of credits actually used as I identified the error quickly) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Telnyx CPaaS solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Telnyx CPaaS?

I never had an easy platform to paly around with and guess what you have an API for everything so if you want to automate this, you can do so easily. Their support is perfect as they route your chat to the relevant team and your issues are totally solved and you get an answer at the end with what you are asking for. What do you like best about Telnyx CPaaS?

I have only ever had minor issues when using the Telnyx platform, and any issues I've ever had have been resolved quickly by reashing out to support. I use SIP Trunking, messaging and IOT services and they've all been extremely simple to integrate with my platform. Implementation with my own internal tools was a snap and I use it everyday. Telnyx is unable to guarantee data sovereignty within Canada for some data, but it is mostly inconsequential, likely why they're unable to make the aforementioned guarantee Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Telnyx CPaaS?

I needed a local number with quick setup and I was live in minutes. When I had a question the team on chat gave me the right answer first time. I I use the service a lot for my business . What do you like best about Telnyx CPaaS?

We use Telnyx for our voice agents. Their infrastructure has been rock solid, and they've integrated nicely with LiveKit and other vendors. HD voice is an awesome feature, and being able to do things like buy phone numbers programmatically has helped us scale.

Best though is their customer support - even when we were a tiny and new customer, they were incredibly responsive and effective. As we've scaled, their support has remained excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Telnyx CPaaS?

I use Telnyx for SMS notifications from one of my websites and I actually integrated it myself with minimal effort. ChatGPT was able to parse the documentation and provide successful boiler-plate code for me to get started. I found it extremely straight forward and easy to use. What do you dislike about Telnyx CPaaS?

I honestly do not have any dislikes about Telnyx. It was somewhat inconveient to have to jump through the hoops to get started with identification and everything, but I understand the need for this as spam is already a major problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
