What is Teletrac Navman?

"TN360’s AI-driven design is bringing telematics into the next phase of digital transformation. Moving businesses from historical data to predictive analysis enables them to anticipate trends, behaviors, and anomalies through real-time data. Managers can take immediate corrective actions in key functional areas: driver behavior, fleet compliance, safety, maintenance, routing, fuel consumption, on-site performance, customer satisfaction, and more. This camera can detect – and immediately alert managers of – unsafe practices like not wearing seatbelts, drivers using cellphones, drowsiness, failure to stop at traffic signals or when the driver doesn’t adhere to road signs like “No U-Turn”. • Natural language search —Users can ask TN360 questions – either verbally or by typing – about their fleet’s performance and metrics, and the platform “learns” through their questions to provide critical information. • Drone view — Provides a view from above to show vehicles as well as real-time tracking. • AI insights — From delays in delivery to excessive fuel consumption, users rely on TN360 to provide the data needed to drill down into root causes of business issues. • Alexa integration —Through an integration with Amazon’s Alexa business stakeholders can ask their digital personal assistant questions about how their fleet is performing in real-time, wherever they may be. TN360 significantly impacts fleet and field operations by delivering personalized insights based on company data that the system collects through machine learning technology. With the Fleet Director GPS fleet tracking software platform, companies can optimize routing and customer service. Fleet Director provides a wealth of driver behavior behavior increasing productivity, while saving money on unnecessary fuel consumption, vehicle maintenance and driver overtime.

How do you position yourself against your competitors?

Traditional telematics systems rely mostly on GPS and motion sensors and collect a narrow set of data points, centered on location, diagnostics, and routing. They process linear calculations and produce important but limited data; whereas TN360 uses a scalable cloud ecosystem as well as IoT capabilities to connect data from sensors, cameras, mobile, and third-party applications. setting up drivers is easy and i can access it from my phone Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

this is not user friendly- A few platforms I have used before were much user friendly. The logs are harder to read and edit. The drivers have a hard time accessing their info though the portal. Everyday I have to reset their password for them to access it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
