The ELD unit itself it always messing up. It is like it is very sensitive and the slightest miss can cause problems. Some drivers do not log out. I would like it to be able to log out if the bus is turned off, that way it not put the driver in a logged in status, once it logged out, the driver would have to log in again, to make sure that they are in the correct mode, and if the wash crew starts the bus, it will not put the driver back in driving mode. Honestly, nothing. I have found very little that Teletrac has been able to do that has worked out the way it should. Teletrac does not correspond with our other systems easily nor consistantly. I was able to set up KeepTruckin to interface with our maintenance software without the help of anyone from KeepTruckin. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The reports that we are offered do not allow for ease of use. Getting the information out of the reports is difficult, as well as getting the same information from multiple reports. For example miles for a truck on one report will say 100, and on another report they will be completely different. I have tried numerous times a month since November (it is now March) for Teletrac to finish the API set up with our maintenance software. The responses back from the Teletrac API team are few and far between. There is no support from our account rep and/or support when we have problems or need help answering a question. It's great that I can track the trailers in real-time to keep up with where they are currently located. I like that there is a lot of options for the information on the trailers. It's also nice that can arrange things on the system in a way that is most useful to me, so that the information I need is first and foremost when I open Teletrac. Sometimes the tracking isn't as up to date if there are GPS dead spots. Then I have to wait until the trailer is through the dead spot so I can know where it is located. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some menus are not easy to follow, particularly the reports and the part to assign vehicles to groups, and in case you need to unassign them, I still can't do it. There is a question mark at the top right side, but when you ask, it takes you to the portal and asks you again for your password, like the guide is not integrated. Inconsistencies in some of the programs and operations. There can be hardware glitches that are hard to sort out for those that are "less than tech savvy".
