Automation Choked our Account **Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Steffan R. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2021 **What do you like best about Teikametrics?** Features were great, campaign setup, saved me 60 + hours a week - The individual keyword research that I was doing would take between 15-20 hours, and then I'd get started on the campaign work, and depending on how much traffic we had, for the previous month, it would take anywhere from 40-55 hours per week on average. **What do you dislike about Teikametrics?** Our competitor started running fake clicks through, and TM choked our ads (negated primary converting keywords that they were running fake traffic on. So as TM started to negate all of those converting keywords, our revenue went down, and our ACOS took a dramatic tick upwards. **Recommendations to others considering Teikametrics:** Onboarding process was slower than discussed during the sales call, when the account started going sideways, support and TM staff did not have our backs. **What problems is Teikametrics solving and how is that benefiting you?** Saved time - full automation was a bad idea, there were some great features and benefits, but not enough to us to continue using the software. It's really easy to connect to your Amazon Advertising. Thats about it. I'm not one to leave reviews EVER, but this is the worst experience I've ever had with any product, ever. Seriously bad!!! **What do you dislike about Teikametrics?** Everything about the functionality of it. Insanely high bids, turns off all other ads when you create a campaign. It literally decreased my PPC sales by like 40-50% and killed the upward trend that I've had for the past 18 months. If I could sue, I would. Lets not forget the AWFUL support. They have also made it a point to have a Partner Directory (that we have been added to) where you as a user of their software can find competent agencies for your e-commerce needs. Partner their relational ability with their industry and marketing prowess, it's a win-win situation for everyone. **What do you dislike about Teikametrics?** So far with the software (we've been using them for 4 months), there have been several upgrades and updates. As with anything, it's always being updated and improved upon so the learning curve of the software initially wasn't too bad but with the new updates, you're still being required to learn and stay on top of the changes. **Recommendations to others considering Teikametrics:** It's a powerful very useful tool, make sure you understand how to use it and get the most out of it. I would like to be able to quickly negate ASIN keywords from ASIN campaigns, but I'm told that feature is coming. **What problems is Teikametrics solving and how is that benefiting you?** The Machine Learning Autobidding just wasn't something that our team could do and it has saved our clients a lot of ad spend.
