What do you like best about Teamleader?

The best is the database behind Teamleader, you can use it as a CRM tool, but also for a Ticketing system. As sales, you can overview all tickets as you speak with the customer. We are using the ticket system and the engineers are very fanatic due to the reports. They use it as KPI's. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Teamleader?

What do you like best about Teamleader?

We use Teamleader throughout the entire sales and planning process. From prospecting to customer. From potential deal to signed contract. And then for the complete follow-up in several phases of the project. We link invoicing and interim evaluations to this via virtual meetings. And all this via Team leader.

I probably have forgotten a lot about our processes, but Team Leader really contains everything for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Teamleader?

What problems is Teamleader solving and how is that benefiting you?

All our processes in one tool. A lot of time saving. We constantly keep a good overview of our deal and projects and in which phase they are.

What do you like best about Teamleader?

The overview of every project, finacial cockpit for daily revenue and leeds. Also the time tracking is very convenient. The monthly fee is peanuts compared to an employé. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It s a big firm, with a lot of different levels. So its always nice to have one contact. Maxime assured me that this would not be a challenge! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Clear, simple system to manage our contacts. Easy to explain to all colleagues, everyone can quickly get away with it.

What do you like best about Teamleader?

My quotes are being approved so much faster than before, and the whole process from approval of the quote to creating projects and sending out invoices is really well done.

What do you dislike about Teamleader?

preparing the look & feel of your company documents (invoicing/quoting etc...) can be really tricky and took several hours. Would be nice to have something internal instead of the Word docs that need to be uploaded/downloaded to make changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Simple and pleasant interface, very clear ticketing system. The service encoding and time tracking module is very efficient and greatly facilitates the re-billing of services.
