The best is the database behind Teamleader, you can use it as a CRM tool, but also for a Ticketing system. As sales, you can overview all tickets as you speak with the customer. We are using the ticket system and the engineers are very fanatic due to the reports. They use it as KPI's. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use Teamleader throughout the entire sales and planning process. From prospecting to customer. From potential deal to signed contract. And then for the complete follow-up in several phases of the project. We link invoicing and interim evaluations to this via virtual meetings. And all this via Team leader.

Simple and pleasant interface, very clear ticketing system. The service encoding and time tracking module is very efficient and greatly facilitates the re-billing of services.
