Employee engagement. They have a lot of employee engagement activities onsite and online.

**What do you dislike about TDCX?**

Nothing much to hate about them. Just do your job and you're all good.

**Recommendations to others considering TDCX:**

I would totally recommend TDCX if you have quite several options.

**What problems is TDCX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Financial as they have quite a good salary offer

The management esp in Cebu site is venomous and politics is evident.

TDCX helps leverage businesses and provides excellent service.

**What do you like best about TDCX?**

It's faster support. This is the one thing which is quite appriciable. Also it is easy to use.

**What do you dislike about TDCX?**

Rates are little high, they can provide more solutions for these rates.

TDCX will never be a wrong choice to you. It will fulfill your wish. You can go for it.

**What problems is TDCX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am using TDCX for advertising purpose. TDCX is providing me better CX solutions to attract customers and also helping me to protect my old customers.
