Their team was incredibly supportive at every step of the project. They always came to the table prepared with insights and solutions for every problem or obstacle that we encoutered. Their willingness to think outside of the box was essential in building our product, which they did with a personal touch. It felt more like working with an integrated team than an overseas agency. Tapptitude's understanding and flexibility in working with a startup meant we always felt supported. We really saw them as part of our team, and their professionalism and attention to detail never wavered. Very little to dislike! Potentially more communication around deadlines - however, many of the constraints were beyond their control (e.g., the App Store approval process), and they always did everything they could to meet them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Tapptitude has done this before, and it shows. They have a refined introduction, onboarding, workflow, delivery, and quality assurance process. The staff wastes little time in getting your project out of your head and onto 'paper'. What I appreciated most were the , "have you considered this..." suggestions that truly made my project shine. Being a startup business, it was hard for us to maintain an income stream which covers the development costs required by Tapptitude. This was probably our own challenge, and apart from it we have no other complaints or dislikes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As suggested by the review title, the first positive attribute about working with Tapptitude was that they read the details of the RFP and what I wrote and took the time to ask questions about what unclear -- *before* submitting a proposal.
This quality of caring to understand extended into the development phase, such that working with Tapptitude made it so that projects were developed as intended. After the initial project we continued with Tapptiude for a couple more years as they had gotten to know my company. They allowed for even the vaguest of specifications -- always making sure they got a clear idea of what was needed before starting. Then they checked in regularly to ensure they were developing the app to work for our needs.

As always, the difference in time zones could delay the question-response cycle but they more than made up for the fact by never wasting time due to misunderstanding requirements. The fact that they assign Product Managers who have experience and have seen real products funded by VC money scale up. This makes a very big difference. Also, by having people who worked on world-class products, they also have good designers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Tapptitude does an excellent job of understanding the client's underlying business model and customer, and tailoring their design and development approach around this. They listen to the client's direction but also do an excellent job of being a real thought-partner in the process and uncovering "blind spots" in the product without being explicitly asked to do so. They also hold themselves to an exceptionally high standard, and we have run out platform without any outages since launch. I don't have any major complaints about Tapptitude. As a New York based founder, the only challenge I had was not being able to interact with the team in-person on an ongoing basis, as they're headquartered in Romania. As a startup in fast chaning environment we did request several changes along the way. Team was always flexible and could support. I most appreciate the attitude as everyone from the team seemed commited to the project. They also had fast response times when we had emergencies which always happen with technical projects, the jey thing is how you react and solve them and Tapptitude team did great work there.
