It felt less like a professional service and more like trying to track down someone who had no intention of finishing the job. When they did reply, it was clear they hadn’t read a single previous message. Every interaction felt like starting from scratch. I was repeatedly sent incorrect or irrelevant information, including completely unusable login details for a WordPress site they supposedly built. It genuinely felt like they had no idea who I was from one email to the next. The final product was frankly laughable. The website is so limited it is effectively unusable. You cannot add hyperlinks.
