What do you like best about TapOnIt?

The platform offers more than just basic SMS text, but also offers MMS and other eye-catching features for messages to help drive conversions. The platform is well thought-out and user firendly. But by far, the Customer Service is EXCEPTIONAL! They are always willing to help and even open to consider new ideas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TapOnIt?

While they do have integrations with popular platforms, I'm sure some might like to see others included. But we are quite pleased with the integrations currently available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TapOnIt solving and how is that benefiting you?

We wanted to create a custom sweepstakes campaign that leveraged driving customer in-store foot traffic in order to "pre-qualify" for entry. They helped us brainstorm and create a way to achieve this! They also helped us assess our previous campaigns and current strategies for sign-ups, and gave excellent recommendations on how to grow our subscriber base and increase conversions/engagement. We have loved incorporating text marketing with TapOnIt into our digital marketing strategy over the last few years and how it’s taught us how to better connect with our customers relationally. We love getting creative in how to share planting inspiration, seasonal tips, holiday greetings, sales sneak peeks, and text list-specific deals. As we learn and experiment more with texts, we are loving how it’s building relationships with our customers instead of just sending them sales. Catering to our customers through text marketing is a quick, easy way to send them instant updates right to their phone that results in more people coming into the greenhouse and seeing what we have to offer them each season and walking out with armloads of goodies! TapOnIt's product is an extremely easy-to-use and effective communication platform that brings texting to life in vibrant new ways. No downsides discovered yet. I wish more business used the mms capabilities of TapOnIt so I could benefit as a consumer like my customers do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Reaching my customers directly in a media and social media world the is deeply fragmented and hard to navigate. The staff of TapOnIt are some of the best that I've had the pleasure of working with. They are very friendly and helpful, and are always available to provide support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TapOnIt?

The audience segmentation for sending texts is still a work in progress, though they have made some improvements since we first began using the product. It's not a huge problem for us, but it can be a pain point at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
